Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Flight Over the Earth (flightoverearth.com) handles information. The site is operated by Content Writer sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań, Poland (KRS 0001088645, NIP 7792567297). Contact: kontakt@contentwriter.pl.

What the game stores

We do not ask you to create an account. The browser may keep, on your device only:

A nickname you pick in multiplayer is sent to the other players in that room for the session. We do not use it for advertising.

Ads and consent

The game shows Google AdSense ads after a flight ends (crash, time up, or a finished run). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent message asks whether we may use cookies and similar tech for ads. You can consent, refuse, or manage options. Refusing does not block the game; ads may be less relevant or limited.

Google may collect device and usage data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses ads data.

Map and third parties

Terrain is streamed from Cesium ion and Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles. Those services receive the map requests needed to draw the world (roughly where you are flying). Multiplayer uses our game server only to sync positions and nicknames in a room. City lookup uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you can object or withdraw consent. Write to kontakt@contentwriter.pl. You may also complain to the Polish DPA (UODO) or your local authority.

To clear what this site stored in your browser, use your browser’s site data / cookies settings for flightoverearth.com.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 16. Do not use it if you are younger than that.
